I had my essential facial treatment with Aisha a few days ago and my face and skin looks better than ever. Even more importantly, it has kept improving after the day of the treatment. Aisha is an excellent professional with a calming manner and is extremely gentle with skin, she also gives an amazing, rejuvenating facial massage. Great experience and will be sure to visit more often.

I have been a Pfeffer Sal client over the last 9 months and honestly I can’t imagine not going there anymore. The exterior and interior set up is the most gorgeous, calming and relaxing experience - one that you will look forward to experiencing again even before you’re done with your treatment. Joanna is an absolute skin goddess. She has the most gentle & kind approach, giving you all the opportunity to talk about your skin concerns and coming up with a treatment plan. She will also be your biggest cheerleader and fully support you throughout your treatments especially on not so great skin days. I can’t recommend her enough. A special shoutout to all the wonderful receptionists who always go above and beyond not only to schedule appointments / treatments but also, it’s so lovely to walk into the clinic welcomed by smiling, friendly faces. I’ll be back to this little piece of heaven very soon.

I had the most AMAZING facial here this week with Roberta. It was super thorough and I learned so much about my skin. The X ray photographs gave me an in-depth awareness of skin pigmentation, wrinkles, pores, oil and skin sensitivity. The facial I had was divine, I never wanted it to end. Left feeling incredibly relaxed and nurtured. Roberta went above and beyond to give me help, advice and encouragement about my skin. I couldn’t leave without two just have serums and a vital SPF! Would highly recommend as a gift to a loved one, but also to oneself. I will most certainly be back ❤️

Loved my Essential Facial at Pfeffer Sal with Zoe and apart from being effective, it was a very relaxing, calming experience. It was so nice to lie under a heated blanket on such a freezing cold day in London!

I truly adore this place. I've been going for nearly 5 years and not only do I love the way my skin looks and feels after but it's also the most relaxing treat. The ambiance is amazing, the staff is knowledgeable, kind and helpful and the products are great. In particularly, I love the Pfeffer Sal Serum - I had been using the Barbara Sturm hyaluronic serum for years previously but prefer this. Love love love it here! Highly recommend!
